Our minimum standards to meet our Service obligations.

Minimum Standards

The following items are the minimum standards required to deliver our services and may include requirements for operating systems, hardware, applications and their versions or patch levels, along with other factors.

We will do our best to support items that do not meet our minimum standards.

If You do not have all of these Minimum Standards in place before Your Agreement start date, we will work with you on a plan to bring your System and Network up to our Minimum Standards. 

Computers

  • Must be less than 3 years old
  • Storage is 256GB+ SSD Hard Drive
  • RAM is 8GB and higher
  • Operating System is Windows 10 and higher
  • System warranty is current and valid

Servers

  • Vendors are HPE ML/DL Series, Dell PowerEdge Series and Lenovo SMB/Enterprise
  • Must be less than 5 years old
  • RAM is 32GB and higher
  • Operating System is Windows Server 2016 and higher
  • Physical or Virtualised
  • System warranty is current and valid

Network Infrastructure

Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Network Attached Storage (NAS) Hardware including Printers.

  • Ubiquiti UniFi, EdgeRouter/Switch
  • Cisco Meraki
  • HPE Aruba
  • Synology SMB and Enterprise Models
  • QNAP SMB and Enterprise Models
  • Device warranty is current and valid
  • Device subscription is current and valid

All Software

All software applications must be fully licensed and compliant. The software application is fully up-to-date with patches.

Managed Devices

All company owned devices are to be enrolled using our Monitoring Agent. It is a lightweight software installed on laptops, PCs and server environments. These agents continuously checks performance, resource utilisation and network traffic. It allows Twenty35 IT to deploy critical update remotely.
